• Background: Open to all, including recent graduates - most candidates come from a background of consulting, start-ups or financial services. 

• Focus areas: It will span the whole business with a focus on customer success, product and day-to-day operations

• Location: London (typically 5 days a week in-person)

  
  

You'll work directly with our Founders across customer success, product and operations. This spans first-line support, bridging communication between customers and our engineers; product management, helping define and develop the product in line with customer feedback; and supporting the day-to-day running of OpenInfo as it scales. You'll need to enjoy taking ownership and working in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment. We're a lean team growing fast and looking for someone excited by the responsibility, rapid change and opportunity that comes with working at a start-up.
